Monday always seems to start off slowly, but then builds to a fast pace. How do you prepare for the beginning of the work week? Here are some suggestions:
1. Go over your calendar on Sunday evening. That will get your brain focusing in on tasks, meetings, etc.
2. Exercise first thing in the morning. Get your body and mind moving.
3. Do some follow up calls. That’s a great way to put the week in perspective.
